Real-time Monitoring Function
The DU311X has two real-time open-circuit monitoring channels to ensure that the product under test maintains good contact throughout the testing process. If a disconnection, test lead detachment, or lack of contact between the test fixture and the product occurs during testing, the tester will immediately stop testing and alert the user with an audible alarm and indicator light showing which channel is experiencing the issue.

Test Application
Used in safety testing to test the withstand voltage and insulation of products and their components. The DU-31XX series provides an accuracy of 1.5%
+5V voltage output and ±1.5% +5digits detection current accuracy are stable and reliable. Select the appropriate model according to safety regulations.Real-time Monitoring
Withstand voltage and insulation testing, mainly used to test whether the leakage current of the device under test exceeds the upper limit or the insulation resistance value exceeds the lower limit under the set voltage, and to screen out defective products.
When the circuit connecting the device under test to the instrument is disconnected, the leakage current and insulation resistance cannot be detected, which means that there is no test, resulting in misjudgment. Defective products may be released, which is particularly important in automated production testing. The DU-311X has a real-time monitoring function, which limits the instrument to test only when the circuit is normal. As long as the circuit is disconnected during the entire testing process, the test will stop immediately and an alarm will be triggered, indicating the location of the defect, ensuring 100% correct testing.
