  • Multi-point scanning test 
    The DU-3280 provides 8 extended test channels, allowing for scanning tests of multiple test points. Multiple test steps can be set to select different parameters (AC/DC/IR), and different test voltage upper and lower limits and test times can be set for scanning tests.
    Real-time monitoring (DU-3241/DU3281/DU-3282) 
    Withstand voltage and insulation resistance testing is primarily used to test whether the leakage current of the device under test exceeds the upper limit or the insulation resistance value falls below the lower limit at a set voltage, thereby identifying defective products. When the circuit connecting the device under test to the instrument is disconnected, the leakage current and insulation resistance cannot be detected, resulting in a lack of testing and misjudgment, potentially allowing defective products to pass. This is particularly important in automated production testing. The DU-3281 features real-time monitoring, restricting the instrument to perform tests only when the circuit is normal. If the circuit is disconnected at any point during the test, the test immediately stops, an alarm is triggered, and the indicator light shows the faulty location, ensuring 100% accurate testing.
